SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES
Our customer-friendly shipping schedule is calculated on the ACTUAL WEIGHT of your shipment and the TYPE OF SHIPPING SERVICE that you
specify (ground, air or overnight). Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed with us. If your order must be
shipped in multiple boxes or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling
charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. We charge only ONCE for shipping and handling, for the

RETURNING PRODUCT DUE TO DEFECT OR BECAUSE REPAIR IS NECESSARY
Every product you buy from VisiKey® has a one year warranty. Visikey.net's 30 day defective exchange policy provides for either repair or
replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by us after a complete inspection and testing.
Hardware confirmed as defective will be exchanged within the first 30 days of ownership only. After 30 days the product can be returned for
repair or potential replacement if repairs prove to be ineffective. Terms and conditions may vary based on product and defect. VisiKey® will
assist customers whenever possible in resolving any issues of defect. Products returned for exchange must be in new condition, original packaging
and include all disks, registration cards, packing materials and other accessories and be received within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve
the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number
issued by VisiKey®. For assistance or to exchange a defective product please call 866.683.2276.
ALL OTHER RETURNS
VisiKey® products that were purchased from any source other than visikey.net website can ONLY be returned to the vendor through which the product
was purchased (i.e. a keyboard purchased online through Amazon.com, must be returned to/through Amazon.com). Any product returned for reasons other
than a manufacturing defect or for repair purposes are subject to the following restrictions:
- The product must be returned in exactly the condition it was received (AS NEW) with 100% of all shipping, packing, parts, manuals, etc. in order to be
considered for a refund.
- There will be a 25% restocking fee applied to all returns that are received in "AS NEW" condition, a larger restocking fee will be applied
to any returns that are missing pieces, components, manuals, or have received damage to the unit or packaging.
- Shipping charges will be paid by the person or company returning the item, and will not be paid by VisiKey®.
- All customers must first contact us directly at 866.683.2276 and request a Return Authorization.
